Why do we need the information requested below? This information is not released to anyone unless you otherwise specify. When you register with a Ministry the Ministry Leader has the ability to access a mailing list including the information you provide below to keep you up-to-date. Your information is also used to verify your status as an active Parishioner. Active Parishioners have access to additional information on the American Martyrs website.
 
Accounts need to be created for EACH INDIVIDUAL person in your household.
Sharing of usernames is not permitted.
